How to improve beauty naturally?

As a beautician I am getting this question asked quite often, and it motivated me to write a blog about it. 

Yes I`m working in a beauty industry meaning I`m taking benefits of performing some beauty treatment on myself. I also like to be pampered and going for a treatment to feel better about myself. Beauty treatments can definitely improve your look, making your skin radiant and glow, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, enhancing your lashes, your brows, look after you nails and cuticles. 

However you can also improve your beauty naturally, and it is from the inside. A well, balanced diet can help you look and feel your best. I want to point out here before I will start that I am not dietician so my recommendation are purely from my own researches and reading I did in the past. Starting from drinking plenty of water this is crucial for the body, mind, and skin! Staying hydrated can contribute to healthy, glowing skin by helping to keep it moisturized. Eating regular portion of fruits and vegetables throughout a day. They are packed with vitamins (like A, C, and E) and minerals (like potassium, magnesium, and zinc), crucial for various bodily functions and are essential for maintaining healthy skin, eyes, and bone. Adding wholegrains to your diet, are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, including B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and selenium. They also contain antioxidants and phytonutrients, which can help protect against cell damage and inflammation. Not forgetting about essential fatty acids, found in healthy fats, are important for maintaining healthy skin and hair, too. You should also add to your diet a good portion of lean protein for muscle growth, aiding weight management, boosting metabolism, strengthening bones, enhancing immune function, and improving cognitive function.

You can also improve beauty naturally by exercise, building a habit of going out for a walk, connect with nature, meditate, trying to stay away from social media and smart phones. Be more present and appreciate the small things. All of this can make you feel better and look better. I always think of my body as a very complex and a special machine which needs a premium `fuel` to run the best and effectively. You have to take care of yourself, look after yourself to be the BEST of yourself.
